Experience and immerse yourself in the abundance and diversity of summer in the forest. Leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind you and treat yourself to a relaxing break for body, mind and soul. With the help of various perception and mindfulness exercises, we experience the forest with all our senses, can breathe deeply, relax and immerse ourselves completely in the soothing atmosphere of the forest. We gain new strength, get out of our thoughts, immerse ourselves in the lush greenery, the scents, feel the soft forest floor under our feet. Together we rediscover our connection to nature and experience ourselves as part of the bigger picture. What is forest bathing? Forest bathing, Japanese "Shinrin Yoku", is the mindful immersion in the healing atmosphere of the forest. Forest bathing significantly strengthens our immune system, noticeably slows down and has a positive effect on our nervous and hormonal systems - this has been proven in studies. At the end, I invite you to a small tea session under the trees.
