Big family festival and sponsored run at the Harburg gymnastics club. It's going to be fun! On September 7th from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., the large sports field of the Harburg gymnastics club, at Vahrenwinkelweg 39, will once again be transformed into a colorful adventure playground. This year there will be even more hands-on stations that will delight not only children's hearts, but also adults. Whether it's a water world, children's traffic parkour, bouncy castle, bungee run, children's village or hands-on children's theater - there's plenty of fun and plenty of exercise guaranteed. Exciting performances give insights into club life and convey a sense of community! And anyone who wants to can try out tennis for free with a trial lesson (balls and rackets are provided) or dive into the large pool in our diving department (please bring swimwear). For those who like to run and want to do something good, the sponsored run for the TSH integration group starts at 1 p.m., supported by Mario Michel's nursing and geriatric care. Simply look for a sponsor who will donate a small amount for each lap of the course you run, put on your running shoes and get going. If you are still fit afterwards, you can try out the action parkour or show what you can do in the triathlon. As a reward, you will receive a personal certificate and a small surprise from TSHasi, the gymnastics club's mascot. The children's village offers the little ones a variety of opportunities to move around and let off steam in a playful way. Whether it's barefoot parkour, throwing cans, water games, double sack racing or small creative stations - there is something for every age! The participation of the fire brigade and police is always particularly attractive for children. This year, the helpers will be on site again and the vehicles and equipment can be looked at and maybe even tried out a few. While the children let off steam at the various stations, the adults are welcome to take a look at the gymnastics club's fitness studio, which will also be opening its doors on this day. Whether in courses, during strength training or during health sports on the equipment, here you can work out, get fit and have fun and then regenerate with a visit to the sauna. The physiotherapists and licensed trainers of the Turnerschaft Harburg are always on hand to provide personal, individual support and advice. A trial training session is possible at any time by arrangement. Of course, food and drink will also be provided on this day. So if you would rather watch the hustle and bustle from a safe and quiet distance, with a piece of cake, a crepe or ice cream, something from the grill and a delicious drink, you are of course also very welcome.
