"Tag der offenen Tür" der NNA
- Festivals & Celebrations
Biological diversity for your own garden and balcony? With us, everyone can take action!
Anyone who visits the Nature Conservation Academy's "Open Day" on August 18th at Hof Möhr will get a wide range of ideas on the topic. And: they can make their own bird and insect nesting aids - and take them home with them!
A rich program awaits guests from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.: a butterfly tour at 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m., information and craft activities from the NNA's Regional Environmental Education Center (RUZ) as well as detailed information on the Voluntary Ecological Year (FÖJ). At 11:45 a.m., a one-and-a-half-hour tour of the nature and history of the old heath farm Hof Möhr begins, led by the "heath ranger", Jan Brockmann. And anyone who would like to find out more about the topic of "wolves" will find what they are looking for at the "Wolf Infomobile" run by the Harburg District Hunters' Association.
There is a lot on offer in terms of culinary delights: in addition to fresh sheet cakes and hot and cold drinks, there are delicious variations of stone oven pizza. The day will be rounded off with a concert by the Snevern Shanty Singers at 3 p.m. Sing along and sway along!
