SUP Technik Training
- Water Sports
In this two-hour technique training for stand-up paddling (SUP), the focus is on refining your paddling technique to become faster and more enduring with less effort.
Course contents:
- Optimizing your paddling technique: Detailed analysis and correction of your paddling strokes for maximum efficiency and reduced fatigue.
- Posture and balance: Exercises to improve posture and balance in order to stand more safely and stably on the board.
- Turning and turning techniques: Learn and practice various turning and turning techniques, including the effective use of the cross over (cross bow) turn.
- Breathing and rhythm: breathing techniques and consistent paddling rhythms for harmonious and energy-saving paddling.
- Safety and self-rescue: In-depth study of important safety aspects and self-rescue techniques to stay safe on the water.
Requirements:
- Basic SUP experience
- Minimum age: 14 years
- Own equipment (board, paddle, dry bag) or use of our high-quality rental equipment for 15 euros per training session
Target group This technique training is aimed at SUP paddlers who want to improve their technique and efficiency on the water. Whether you are a recreational athlete or an ambitious paddler - here you will find valuable tips and targeted exercises to optimize your paddling.
Management: Our experienced and certified SUP instructor has developed his own form of training. He will accompany you through this training, give you individual feedback and ensure a safe and educational experience.
Meeting point: Louisenbad, Schenefeld/Steinburg. You will receive a map of how to get there after booking. If the weather is bad, a new date will be arranged.

Register now and take the opportunity to perfect your SUP technique in two intensive hours and take your skills on the water to a new level! After the course, you will have the opportunity to continue practicing independently on the water. SUP speed is 20% determined by the SUP design/shape and 80% by technique.
