Hamburg's Hot Jazz & Swing Band - Shreveport Rhythm, founded in 2008, is often considered one of the best jazz quartets in northern Germany (including Hamburger Abendblatt, NDR television/radio, Hamburg local radio). Since 2008, SHREVEPORT RHYTHM, with its very own mixture of musical sophistication, hot arrangements, rhythmic drive and at the same time witty entertainment, has been refreshing proof that traditional jazz from the 20s to the 40s captivates music enthusiasts of all generations.

Numerous appearances at national and international festivals, in concert halls, jazz clubs or trendy bars as well as regular collaboration with the Hamburg swing and Lindy Hop scene prove: Shreveport Rhythm guarantees pure joie de vivre and inspires the audience at every performance, regardless of whether the fans dance, sing and swing along or simply listen.
