The story of Peter and the Wolf by Sergei Prokofiev is probably one of the most popular and well-known fairy tales of this virtuoso.

Because Peter accidentally left the garden gate open, his grandfather scolds him sternly: "What will happen when the big bad wolf comes out of the forest?"

But the boy is not afraid. Together with his friends, the cheeky little bird, the sweet cat and the quacking duck, he bravely takes on the dangerous animal.
