A feast for the whole family!
Thanksgiving in the church. Earlier, the harvest on Michaelistag (September 29) ended with the payment of wages for the workers. On the following Sunday, thanks are due to Heavenly Father, who blesses his blessing in the harvest, as Matthias Claudius puts it.
The church is beautifully decorated, the choir singing, the harvest crown is brought in - always a big event for young and old.
