Mental Health Week will take place from October 7-11, 2024, and will offer a series of live workshops led by experts in the field of mental health online every day from 11am-2pm. These workshops are designed to provide valuable insights and practical skills in the areas of resilience, empowerment and general mental health. Each workshop lasts 30 minutes, giving you the flexibility to choose the topics that are most relevant to your personal mental health empowerment. Attending this week of events is particularly beneficial as it allows you to receive essential resources and tools for your mental health without having to leave your workplace.
