The abstract images are created out of a love of contrasts and structures. Each image is made with careful dedication. Carsten Wiese plays with textures and layers of color. He uses various techniques and painting media. In the images, breaks and harmonies can be discovered that invite the viewer to linger and make their own associations. This creates a unique and very individual space.
