Beat Generation - FLINTA* in Music

From September 20 to 27, 2024, the exhibition "Beat Generation - FLINTA* in Music" will take place in cooperation with the Reeperbahn Festival and the bookstore "Strips & Stories". With a focus on FLINTA+ people in the music industry, a large number of Hamburg photographers such as Andrea Preysing, Ebru Durupinar, Julia Schwender and Shoki Shoot are exhibiting their works in the Ottensen district archive.
In addition to the photo exhibition, there will be a varied program for a week, such as DJ sets, readings and live acts.
The exhibition and the accompanying program are intended to help raise awareness of the concerns and successes of the FLINTA+ music scene and to set an example for more equality and visibility in the music industry.
