Abi Wallenstein & Günther Brackmann
A congenial blues and boogie duo

According to Abi Wallenstein, the friendly man on the guitar, the blues is dialogical through and through. He opens the channels to the audience and lives from the dialogue. "When the separation between audience and interpreter is broken, the life of the blues begins," says Wallenstein.
By the way, Wallenstein can still speak Hebrew, and the Rhenish years have been imprinted on his German. "Sometimes people think I'm a Dutchman too," says Wallenstein. His only correct language is music.
Günther Brackmann
"Music is communication - with yourself, your colleagues on stage, the audience, and always an emotional challenge with a call for authenticity."
I have been on the stage (or rather: sitting) for almost 40 years now and still feel the same joy and passion as on the first day. In addition to the boogie-woogie, which has been with me for the first few days, many musical facets of other genres have now been added, which I can also live out on stage thanks to my partners. The body language as part of the musical expression is an important element for me. The rhythmic world of playing the piano is undoubtedly my main subject, and yet it was important to me in the project "The Force of the Quiet Tones" to feel a different sound world, which was shaped by my own melodies, according to the motto: "The truth lies somewhere the middle."
Together, Abi Wallenstein and Günther Braackmann are a congenial duo, Abi the voice and the bluesy guitar, Günther the rhythm, bass and rousing boogie, a completely perfect live blues band. Together, and with the audience, their enthusiasm multiplies.
