Which wild fruits are edible? On a tour of the Eschenhof we discover local wild fruits, their uses in the kitchen and their healing powers. Afterwards we prepare delicacies together from wild fruits and the farm's own fruit. At the end we eat fresh fruit cake or compote and everyone gets to take home some homemade jam.
