We have been part of the Global Destination Sustainability Movement since 2023. More than 100 city destinations worldwide are part of the network and are assessed annually in the only global index for sustainable city tourism. The index and the exchange with the destinations help us to continuously improve our own sustainability measures.

We not only talk about sustainability, we start with ourselves. Hamburg Tourismus GmbH has been Green Globe certified since 2018.
