Wochenmarkt Großneumarkt Stroll and feast with holiday flair

Located on one of the most beautiful weekly markets in Hamburg right in the city centre, you can stroll with a view of the Michel and feast on what it has to offer. Every Wednesday and Saturday the Großneumarkt becomes a Mediterranean wonder.

With fragrant tulips, fresh baguettes, numerous fruit and vegetable stalls and enchanting smells of food from all over the world, you feel like you are on the streets of faraway lands. The Großneumarkt is surrounded by numerous small restaurants and bistros, which - especially in summer - intensify this piazza feeling. Simply wonderful to spend a few moments here!

Colourful Food Trucks and Office Schnack

What makes this market special is not only its fruit and vegetable stands. In many bright colours, the various food trucks are the main attraction for tasting and relaxing. Thai curry, quesadillas, pide, pierogi, soups and much more satisfy every hunger. From the many surrounding offices, especially on Wednesdays, employees come by for a snack and a chat.

Experience sustainability

In addition to numerous fruit and vegetable stalls with products from the region, the food stalls also focus on regionality and taste. For example, the dishes are prepared without glutamate and only natural products are used.
