On a shopping tour along Überseeboulevard, everyone will find something to suit their taste - individual goods in an unusual quarter. The gastronomic offer also enchants the guests with culinary highlights.
The exciting mixture of working, living, retail and restaurants on an area of 7.9 hectares makes this new urban centre particularly attractive. On approx. 47,000 m ² floor space come approx. 131,500 m ² office space and whole 12,500 m ² Gatronomie. In addition, the quarter will be decorated with approx. 39,000 m² of hotel space and a cruise terminal of 3,000 m². Überseequartier can be easily reached with the U4, as well as with bus lines 6 and 111.
