At THEO`S, the passion for good food begins with the selection of ingredients. The restaurant stands for prime beef from selected cattle from the USA, Ireland and Germany. Experienced meat masters select the meat to be processed. The steaks then go through a 40-day rock-maturing process before they are prepared in the 800 degree hot open. The result: intensive meat aromas and the best enjoyment.
