Classic sushi is not on the menu at “Sand & Ichi”. Japanese cuisine is reinterpreted here – in the form of small sushi sandwiches with delicious fillings. Finely chopped carrots form the basis of the filing, and you can choose either chicken breast fillet in Teriyaki sauce, fried salmon fillet, spicy fried minced beef and tofu or Japanese Hijiki (mineral-rich brown seaweed) for vegans. All variants, whether they are vegetarian, with fish or with meat, transform into something very special due to the homemade “Sand & Ichi” sauces. The ingredients: Ginger, garlic, avocado, wasabi and orange. Additives and preservatives are not used.
