Wolfs Junge

The organic restaurant in Hamburg

Land & Handmade - More than just cooking: these are the words used by the restaurant Wolfs Junge describes its consistently sustainable and creative cuisine. The restaurant is committed to an environmentally friendly and sustainable culture of enjoyment at the highest level.

Menu & Menus

The seasons determine the menu and the menus. Here, at lunchtime, solid dishes are served a la carte or menu choice, with uncomplicated enjoyment at the forefront. In the evening, Wolfs Junge serves two fixed menus in omnivorous and vegetarian versions: a creative cross-section of the sustainable craftsmanship practiced here. The evening menus vary in their individual components almost daily according to seasonal availability. And the drinks are also carefully selected with wines from sustainable cultivation of small wineries from Germany and neighboring countries.

Products from our own garden & organic certification

The Wolfs Junge tills its own kitchen garden in Ochsenwerder to grow its own selection of vegetables. Fresh herbs and smaller vegetables thrive in the city garden surrounding the restaurant, which are then processed freshly harvested in the kitchen and find their place on the plates. Wolfs Junge is certified organic and has also been awarded the green Michelin star several times. Sustainable and down-to-earth, everything from our own production, products sourced directly from farms in the surrounding area and always with a lot of dedication to the product: Land & Handmade.
