Stepha Zanella started with a café that specialises in distinctive cheesecakes. She offered different varieties of the homemade and irresistible pastries. Fortunately, they are still made, but in a new location.

With Mamalicious, she moved into a larger restaurant and is still able to fill it without any problem. This may be due to the fact that she now also offers a delicious, vegan American breakfast with waffles, bacon and eggs in addition to the said cakes. You're actually pretty full after just that, but oh well - another helping of pancakes, please! Because there is no getting past these American pancakes soaked in syrup. Simply to die for.
