On a total of nine hectares, pure nature can be experienced in the middle of the big city. Surrounded by sheep meadows, a chicken coop, an apiary, the farm garden and the meadow orchard, traditional farm life is combined with the current and modern approaches to sustainability. Farm festivals are held several times a year so that visitors can experience regional customs on site.
At Hobenköök, fresh meals with regional and seasonal products can always be enjoyed. Only regional and sustainable products are served. Lunch and dinner are offered. Those who would like to have a real 3, 4 or 5-course menu served up will also find what they are looking for at Hobenköök, because the menu can be freely selected from the menu there.
In addition to delicious food and drinks, the Hobenköök at Gut Karlshöhe also offers the possibility for climate-friendly celebrations, events & markets and a small regional market hall. How climate-friendly events work? Gut Karlshöhe has gone the extra mile and met numerous standards and conditions to be certified as a climate-friendly meeting venue. In addition, the estate offsets the full CO2 emissions during events.
