Café Ein & Alles

The café "Ein & Alles" represents security, enjoyment and relaxation.

Ein & Alles opened in Winterhude in March 2020 and has overcome many different obstacles so far. The menu has been shaped by a lot of different influences. Most of it is homemade and the recipes are always reviewed and adapted. Great attention is always paid to both seasonal and regional changes. The cakes & pastries are mostly baked with spelt flour and reduced sugar, and there are vegan and gluten-free alternatives. The café "Ein & Alles" is a place to come together. To enjoy. To chat and to be silent. Guests should always be able to have a nice chat with the service or let their thoughts wander. A suitable solution is actively being searched for for any kind of diet.
