Restaurant Brodersen

North German classics combined with the creativity of modern flavoured cuisine are on the menu in the stylishly furnished Brodersen. Located directly on Rothenbaumchaussee, the restaurant attracts diners in summer with its large garden terrace.

The dishes at Brodersen are prepared using fresh, high-quality ingredients, preferably sourced from small producers in the region. From the bread to the coffee biscuit, even the smallest detail is produced using the best culinary craftsmanship. Situated in a white Art Nouveau villa, Brodersen impresses with its Hanseatic flair and a seasonally changing menu. Before the relaunch in 2024, the interior was also renovated and is now adorned with modern lamps, colourful upholstery and bright walls. In good weather, guests can find a peaceful retreat in Brodersen's green garden with its inviting terrace not far from the Alster.
