Cancellation of travel bookings

If you want to cancel your booked trip now or at a later date, please contact the Hamburg Travel Service Center:

Cancellation of ticket bookings

Booked tickets cannot be returned. In the event of cancellation of tickets, there will therefore be no refund of the amount paid.
