A modern interpretation of down-to-earthness: With its refined Hanseatic cuisine, the Vlet has long since established itself in Hamburg's restaurant scene.
Since 2015, hobby chefs have been able to prepare what is served in the Speicherstadt and on the Alster under professional guidance. Using regional ingredients, participants create lovingly balanced three-course menus which, depending on the season, include typical North German dishes - from hearty Labskaus to sweet Schlackermaschü. The Vlet's cooking courses start at 89 euros.
