In the Wilhelmsburger Inselpark, young and old can expect a wide range of outdoor sports and activities in the " Welt der Bewegung ".
The Welt der Bewegung includes a skate park, a pitch with two goals and basketball hoops as well as various equipment for stamina and strength training. The Island Park also has five adventure playgrounds for children.

The Community of ParkSportInsel e.V. organises a colourful, varied sports programme on the premises of the iga 2013 in which there is something for everyone. The varied programme, which is mostly free of charge, includes many exciting events, workshops and courses.
