Anna loves teaching with great variety: her yoga sessions feature a number of styles and types of movements. She is always aware of people’s individual anatomy, so that you will always feel well taken care of in accordance with your own physical condition. In his sessions, Jan supports you in your yoga practice in a gentle and empathetic manner, but never forgets the humour and fun that life offers. Lisa is a naturally happy person. Her smile is contagious. She brings her calm, sensitive and open nature into her yoga classes and to her Thai yoga massages. All of us are trained in the classic Hatha Yoga tradition of Swami Sivananda. With this foundation, we also bring in influences from other styles and form them into a harmonious whole.
