Ostende summer swimming pool (Wandse Grünzug) 2022 bathing season from 17 May to 4 September

With a sandy beach and a wonderfully large lawn area for sunbathing on which the play equipment for children is installed, the natural swimming pool spoils its guests. There is of course a swimming pool attendant.

The open-air swimming pools open their gates in the summer season. Ostende summer swimming pool is located in the Hamburg district of Wandsbek, near Tonndorf railway station. With a sandy beach and a wonderfully large lawn area for sunbathing on which the play equipment for children is installed, the natural swimming pool spoils its guests. Other attractions are the water slide and various diving boards. Cars have to park on the edge of the road and a fee is charged for admission. Ostende summer swimming pool also has toilets, showers, changing cubicles and a fenced-in parking place for bikes. A kiosk provides snacks and refreshments.
