Enten und Spargelparadies Pumpkin galore in Hasenmoor
The Duck & Asparagus Paradise in tranquil Hasenmoor can no longer be overlooked from mid-September at the latest: The huge pumpkin pyramid is once again enthroned directly in front of the thatched farm shop and shows the variety of autumn fruits from afar.
From mid-September to Halloween, the pumpkin is king in the Duck & Asparagus Paradise in Hasenmoor. No matter how much the poultry cackle, in autumn the pumpkins, lovingly grown by hand from seed to ripe fruit, are the absolute stars in paradise. Yet the mostly orange fruits have only been stirring up the family farm, which was founded in 1860, since 2000. But after more than 20 years of pumpkin experience, it is impossible to imagine the farm without them and they are an important pillar of the business. Among the 150 different varieties are the usual edible pumpkins, ornamental pumpkins and lots of Halloween pumpkins. In addition to the gastronomic offer in the farm shop, there is also smoked fish in Hasenmoor at the weekends.
