If you want to learn the elements of yoga without sitting cross-legged on the floor, this is the right place for you. The Kundalini Yoga exercises are performed standing up or on a chair, and individual exercises can be tried out on the floor (if desired). Kundalini Yoga is a holistic form of yoga for body, mind and soul. The exercises are designed to improve coordination, straighten the spine and expand lung capacity, but also lead to balance and a positive sense of well-being. The course consists of a warm-up, a series of exercises, deep relaxation while sitting (or lying down), meditation and chanting (singing mantras).
What should I bring with me?
Anti-slip socks or gym shoes, comfortable sports clothing (layered onions), small blanket/scarf for deep relaxation, a small pillow if you like, 1 bottle of tea or water.
