Anna and Andreas Porzelt from the Palatinate will be presenting a special selection of their wines this evening, including their favorite grape variety, Silvaner. Immerse yourself in the history of wine: perhaps you will find a favorite among the wines presented during the tasting?! We will serve you an exclusive 5-course menu. Organic, of course.

Bioland viticulture:

The basis for good wines are strong and vital vines. They, in turn, grow best in lively, healthy soil. A prerequisite for this is a large variety of species. Maintaining the NATURAL BALANCE is therefore one of the main goals of organic winegrowing. Whether butterflies, bumblebees or field hamsters - they all keep the vineyard habitat in balance.

When it comes to developing the wines in the cellar, Bioland winemakers rely on controlled inactivity. They limit interventions in the fermentation and maturation process to what is necessary and largely avoid the use of auxiliary materials.
