Basically, it's like the icing sugar on the doughnuts: The Christmas fairy tale in Lüneburg Town Hall is simply part of the Christmas town. This year, Lüneburg's multi-talent Burkhard Schmeer and his two great acting colleagues Kerstin and Mirko invite young and old to the Christmas fairy tale in the homage hall in the town hall. With the play "The insanely intelligent Irrmgard", the Christmas fairy tale is celebrating its 22nd edition this year.

It was a normal winter day in the middle of December. The snow was falling in thick flakes and it could have been a great Christmas if the devil hadn't disguised himself as a traffic department employee to steal all of Santa's presents.

Does Christmas have to be cancelled this year? And who is this insanely intelligent Irrmgard? And why should she be the one who can save Christmas? A race against time begins.
