Through intensive immersion with the help of various perception and mindfulness exercises, we enjoy a pleasant break from hectic everyday life.
Participants experience the forest with all their senses, can breathe deeply, relax and immerse themselves completely in the soothing atmosphere of the forest. Together we sense, feel and marvel, thus strengthening our connection to nature and to ourselves.

At the end I invite you to a small tea session under the trees.
What is forest bathing? Forest bathing, Japanese "Shinrin Yoku", is the mindful immersion in the healing atmosphere of the forest. Body, mind and soul have the opportunity to regenerate. Forest bathing - scientifically proven - significantly strengthens our immune system, noticeably slows down and has a positive effect on our nervous and hormonal systems.
The meeting point is the forest car park on the corner of Forstweg and Wilstedter Weg. From there we will walk into the forest together. There are ride sharing options.
