The tamburitza is the traditional string instrument of the Burgenland Croats and is characterized by its melancholic sound. The Steinbrunn Tamburizza Orchestra has existed for 64 years. Thirty-five musicians play Burgenland Croatian folk songs and Croatian hits, often with four-part accompaniment.
