You start at 3 p.m. in the spice museum with an entertaining talk about the world of spices. You can also enjoy a cinnamon coffee and a pretzel. Afterwards you can try over 90 different spices/mixtures and look around. At around 4 p.m. you follow the Hamburg spice merchant Jacob Lange along the former spice warehouses to the Chocoversum.

There you can get to the bottom of the secret of the finest chocolate. Follow the path of the cocoa bean from its origin to the production of smooth melting chocolate. Of course there is also something to try. You can create your own personal favorite chocolate to take away from various ingredients.
