Get to know wild herbs throughout the year. This year-round course combines herbalism and ancient healing knowledge, culinary and shamanic aspects, as well as experiencing other levels of reality. Over eight weekends, herbalist Chrissi Breyer leads you through the year of powerful and healing wild plants in the Niendorfer Gehege in Hamburg. In addition to identifying the plants and their use in the kitchen, you will learn interesting facts from folk medicine as well as wonderful stories, myths and fairy tales about herbs.

Intuition training, exercises for body awareness and breathing, shamanic drum journeys and Native American wisdom round off this seminar, as do the partly forgotten eight sun and moon festivals of the earth. All of this makes the course a journey that can bring participants closer to nature and to themselves.
