Rudolf Rock und die Schocker
- Rock
RUDOLF ROCK & DIE SCHOCKER were founded in late 1975 by "LEINEMANN" co-founder and bassist ULI SALM, aka "RUDOLF ROCK," and quickly made a name for themselves with their tongue-in-cheek parody of the German rockers of the 1950s. After their TV debut on MUSIKLADEN in 1976, they rose to the top ranks of German rock bands, playing sold-out shows at the legendary ONKEL PÖ and appearing on numerous well-known TV shows, while touring with stars like JERRY LEE LEWIS and releasing a total of 17 LPs and over 40 singles.
