Osterfeuer an der Bagatelle
- Other
Drive away the winter, come to the community center and spend a few pleasant hours by the blazing fire.
The Ahrensburg Citizens' Association has been organizing its Easter bonfire at the Bagatelle since 1999. Many hard-working volunteers will ensure that this entertaining event is once again a great success on Easter Saturday.
At the Civic Association, instead of building and lighting a large pile of wood, there's a smaller fire pit into which fuel is thrown. The Easter fire is lit at 3 p.m. and burns until about 7 p.m.
Many young families take advantage of this early start to visit the blazing flames at the Bagatelle Community Center with their children. Even slightly older children can help, under supervision, by throwing twigs and branches into the embers.
The civic association has set up a beer stand for adults. Food is also available. Sausages are being grilled on a large round grill, and potato pancakes are being prepared in the carport. A tent ensures that you can face the weather in peace!
Two Easter bunnies at the garden entrance invite you to take photos. The café is open from 2 p.m.
