The Federal Waterways and Shipping Administration (WSV) invites you to an open ship event on the multipurpose vessel NEUWERK. During the three-day open ship event, the tasks of the WSV's special vessels in emergency situations and in everyday life will be presented, such as pollution control, buoy placement, icebreaking, emergency towing, firefighting, and maritime police duties. The WSV will also provide information about training and study opportunities in the Waterways and Shipping Administration and on board our vessels. All interested parties are welcome aboard the NEUWERK!
