It is a pleasing tradition that the Christmas season is also generally regarded as the time for the sound of brass instruments – a wide variety of literature for the most diverse brass ensembles is available and is cultivated in a special way at Christmas. Once again, the brass section of the NDR Elbphilharmonie Orchestra joins this tradition.
