Details of the “Hybrid project management” masterclass

In a 2-day training course, you will learn how to combine the agile and classic PM worlds in a targeted manner and tailor them to your current project. Using practical case studies, we will show and discuss solution variants for various project situations. You create your own suitable project design using the method kit provided. We support you in successfully approaching unfamiliar methods and ensuring that your team follows your lead.

Day 2: Masterclass 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

- Project structure and process organization of hybrid projects

- Identification of scaling options

- Creation of a hybrid project manual
