Magic Buzz - When passionate musicians bring THE WHO to life!
The band MAGIC BUZZ is dedicated to the music of THE WHO from the 60s and 70s. The trigger for the formation was the great success at the "Summer of Lovers 2019", a "50th Anniversary Woodstock Festival", for which the musicians came together to present a few songs by THE WHO.

It was easy to see what was possible here. Unbridled joy in playing combined with a shared passion for the music of THE WHO make MAGIC BUZZ a powerful and very entertaining tribute band. Of course, songs like MY GENERATION, SUBSTITUTE, PINBALL WIZZARD and WON'T GET FOOLED AGAIN are just as much a part of the four musicians' repertoire as SEE ME, FEEL ME and WHO ARE YOU.
MagicBuzz are:
Daniel Durst (vocals), Martin Hohmeier (bass), Oliver Schröder (guitar & vocals), Matthias Tempel (drums)
The four musicians are not only distinguished by their exceptional musical skills, but are also passionate fans of THE WHO. This dedication and their musical precision are clearly manifested in their impressive performance. The years of stage experience in various bands and projects are evident in every phase of the MagicBuzz show. There is always room for improvisation and interaction with the audience, and even in demanding passages the lightness is never lost.
THE WHO
was the wildest of all British bands of the 60s, the loudest and the most aggressive. Singer Roger Daltrey and songwriter Pete Townshend are real icons who left their lasting mark on this era. With a lot of sarcasm in their lyrics and a huge punch in their sound, THE WHO created their very own interpretation of rhythm & blues. In 1965, THE WHO released what was probably their biggest hit with MY GENERATION. The song became the anthem of a rebellious youth who rebelled against their stuffy parents. The band managed to concentrate all the anger and frustration of this young generation in a song that was just under 3 minutes long. In 1969, the rock opera TOMMY was released with songs like PINBALL WIZZARD and I'M FREE. The album was presented at Woodstock and from that moment on, THE WHO was no longer just a band. They were now a milestone in rock history.
