A massive hurricane is approaching Hamburg. Water police officer Tom Bendixen is working hard to prepare the Hamburg port for a storm surge. During the evacuation of the port, a body is found in the Elbe. Homicide investigator Jonna Jacobi finds out that the dead man was on a container ship that has just entered the port. The team only has 24 hours to solve the case in this storm. The investigators know that somewhere on the site, another person is in mortal danger, and not just the police are looking for him...
