On the occasion of the Long Night of Museums, we will be commuting between Barmbek and Altona on April 26th from approximately 6 p.m. to 1 a.m. every 60 minutes. Under the motto "Night Hike," 51 Hamburg museums, exhibition halls, and memorial sites invite visitors to experience familiar places in a new light and discover previously unknown sites.

With the museum train 472 062, you have the opportunity to experience historic local transport between the exhibition venues. Tickets for the Long Night of Museums are valid as travel passes and are available at all participating museum ticket offices and advance booking offices, but not on the train. Single tickets are available from the conductor on the museum train for €4.

To ensure your stay on the museum train is enjoyable, we offer coffee, small snacks, soft drinks, and beer. We also offer our S-Bahn souvenirs.
