Sound meditation leads to a state of deep relaxation faster than other meditation techniques and can thus lay the foundation for long-term mental and physical well-being. Lying on comfortable mats, it's easy to pause and let go while listening to the sounds of gongs and singing bowls, which resonate with the body, mind, and soul.
Please bring comfortable clothes, warm socks, a wool blanket and a pillow.
