Harburger Binnenhafenfest
- Celebrations
On the first weekend in June, a large maritime program with lots of music, handicrafts, gastronomy and all kinds of ship traffic around Canal Square, Lotsenkai & Castle Island awaits visitors.
On the two days of the event, there are interesting attractions for young and old around the pilot channel. Harbor tours with historic ships, book café, live music on two stages, sport events, boat shuttle, fun & games for children, open ship, walking acts, carousels, stamp regatta, information stands, street theater, hands-on activities, Teepee tent, culinary and much more.
The non-profit associations - KulturWerkstatt Harburg (KWH), Harburger Turnerbund (HTB) and Museumshafen Harburg (MuHaHar) - plan and organize the harbor festival together for the first time, so that the tasks are divided on three shoulders. The event agency pb Konzept Hamburg takes care of the logistical implementation on the large festival site. The maritime family event is supported and promoted by the Harburg district assembly and by many sponsors and volunteers. Great spectacle, brisk pots, colorful booth magic, loud buzz and cool guys - it is precisely the "little things" that make this festival so great. Just come on board and enjoy the unique, maritime atmosphere.
