Poisonous plants are ubiquitous in nature!

Many inquiries are received by the "Poison Information Centers" in Germany every day. There are also questions about different plants. The guided tour on poisonous plants gives an insight into this topic that causes great uncertainty in many people. Poisonous plants from the living and garden area, but also from parks and nature are presented.

Poisonous plants are plants whose effects are not conducive to the health of the human body. This tour provides an overview of plants that pose a risk of poisoning when eaten. Monkshood, hogweed and spotted hemlock transmit their toxic ingredients as soon as they come into contact with the skin. The question of how to recognize poisonous plants is also answered.
