The park, with its uneven paths and different surfaces, offers the best conditions for training balance, sure-footedness and endurance. Exercises to strengthen muscles and relax help to improve well-being and resilience. Joint activity in a group is fun and motivating. No previous knowledge or special fitness is required. The course takes place under qualified supervision.
