Einfach kochen - entspannt essen

Wouldn't that be nice? It's worth a try: twice a month, we meet after work in the kitchen of the Peter Rantzau House to chop, sizzle, and enjoy. Simple dishes made with a few, preferably fresh ingredients – neither overwhelming the stomach nor the head late at night, but still filling – are just as important as the shared cooking experience. There are already plenty of weight-loss tips, fasting rules, and other dietary regulations elsewhere – we're happy to discuss healthy eating, answer questions, and dispel myths, but please, keep it relaxed!
