DAS Babykonzert – CANEA Quartett
  • Classical Music

For babies and siblings up to 18 months, parents, grandparents, pregnant women and fathers-to-be. Music teacher Juliane Giese leads the concerts. The CANEA Quartet plays and we sing together.

The program includes well-known and lively works from Mozart to jazzy and Coldplay. We want to make classical music in a fresh new way accessible and tangible for babies and siblings up to 18 months, parents, grandparents, pregnant women and fathers-to-be. Our music teacher Juliane Giese leads the concerts, the CANEA Quartet plays and we sing together.

There have been baby concerts in the Sasel House for several years. Originally started by the Ensemble Resonanz and the Elbphilharmonie and continued by the Sasel House and the Canea Quartet. The number of visitors is limited so it doesn't get too busy. To ensure that everyone feels comfortable, there are pillows and blankets, a changing table and parking spaces for strollers.

Every visitor – including babies – needs an entrance ticket. Thank you!
