Dance jam: Dance of the snake and reconciliation

Look forward to a dance experience in which you are carried by the group and the powerful live music. In this live experience you can feel yourself, express yourself and let go. You will learn simple movements from West African dance that will help you become more grounded and upright.
Each dance workshop focuses on an archetypal emotion. In the dance ritual, we create a protected space together in which emotions can be experienced and reflected upon in a self-determined way.
We practise appreciation, openness and acceptance of everything that is. This promotes self-confidence and self-healing.
Prerequisite
As always in ritual dance education, all body and dance experience levels are welcome.
